How long do they last?

If you take good care to wear the Press-on Nails they can last upto 10 days using Nail Glue.
If you wish to wear Press-on nails for only a day, use the glue tab given in the box.

Can I Return the Nailset?

The nail sets are custom-made once the order is confirmed. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Will I Receive it as I see in the picture?

While we make every attempt that you will receive your customized order as you see or as you send us your requirements, however, the products shown are photographs, hece there could be slight (almost negligible) variation.

Cancellations

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We will communicate with you if your order is canceled. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your card account.

Please contact us at hello@shadesonnails.in in case you wish to cancel the order. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire order amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us) if the order has not been shipped.

If the item you ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order. Your refund (less shipping costs) will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.
